How do I change the timezone on my e450 SunOS 5.6 system?

Also, what is the proper what to change the date and time?

change the environment variable TZ in your shell to change the timezone.

You know, whenever I use man pages I think, "MANNNNN I wish they had decent examples!". :)

Can anyone give examples of using the date command to change the date and the command (time?) used to change the time of a server?
