Changing Time, Date and Timezone on Server

How do I change the timezone on my e450 SunOS 5.6 system?

Also, what is the proper what to change the date and time?

You know, whenever I use man pages I think, "MANNNNN I wish they had decent examples!".

Can anyone give examples of using the date command to change the date and the command (time?) used to change the time of a server?
