Changing the Week's First Day to Begin on Tuesday 2

I'm new to CR v8.5 and don't know the syntax very well. I'm specifically trying to retreive business dates that begin on Tuesdays and end on Mondays. Therefore, if I want to capture weekly sales totals whereby the first day of the week begins on Tuesdays, what syntax/formula do I use?

Any advice is greatly appreciated; thanks!
