Changing the Voicemail message?

Hey all - First post on here, thanks very much...

Anyway, I'm having trouble working with the Partner systems phone system (working as the part time IT manager for a small business)

Coming from someone with very little experience in these or like systems, is there anyway someone could walk me through changing the voice mail message?

Appreciated.
