Can anyone tell me if/how we can change the time that is displaying on all of our phones? We have an option 81C...

Thanks in advance.

LD 2. TTAD to print time and date, STAD to set time and date - format is STAD DD MM YYYY MM HH SS (STAD 11 08 2006 13 49 30)

LD 02
TTAD to display time & date
STAD to change.

Also remember that other things like Symposium and/or mail services take the time from the 81 so if you have any of those things be extra careful that you don't fumble-finger it.

here's the short course
Code:
>ld 2

TFC000
.TTAD
 FRI 11 08 2006 13 50 16
.
TFC000
.STAD 11 08 2006 13 50 20

.TTAD
 FRI 11 08 2006 13 50 20

As a side note if you are running a Call Accounting package and need accurate call reports. Then you should not change the system time until low usage on the switch.

I was able to make the changes. Thanks to everyone for the replies!!!!

i keep my switch in sync with my network using a script that logs me on and set the time to the mili sec about 4 times a day.. but if the time stamp is something that cdr or symposium needs, set up a script that does the sync at midnight or use the time adjust in ld 2 to keep it clean.. my switch is seldom off by more then half a second
