Can anyone tell me how to change the time on my 4.1 server. I have read the manual and it is just telling me about syncronisation with time servers.

It is the only novell server on the network and is running approx 15mins fast. This is causing problems as all the client sync with the server on startup.

Any help would be appreciated

Thx

Toby

At the server console, type:

SET TIME = 10:01:00

where 10 is hours, 01 is minutes and 00 is milliseconds. Only do this on your Primary or Reference time server(s) and never on a Secondary. -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"

That easy huh!

Maybe this Novell stuff does have merits ;)

Thank you for that.
