Changing The Time in The Opt 11

I'm an IT Coordinator for Mediacom Communications, our internal users are on the Nortel Option 11 system. I'm new to this system and am still trying to feel my way around. For some reason the time seems to be off and it is getting worse. The time displayed on the phone progressively gets faster. So I have two questions.

#1. How do you change the time on the Option 11

#2. Is there a way/patch to keep the time from creaping up like that?
