changing the sort order

Groups must sort in group order, ascending or descending, you can change this under Group Properties
If you are using a field but don't like the order, you can create a formula that substitutes some other value, e.g. A and D and F and H become 3 and 2 and 4 and 1. Then change the group to use the formula instead. Madawc Williams
