If I changed the abandoned after threshold time, will it affect the historical reports? So we could compare how we would perfom at different levels? Thanks

The service level threshold is the same threshold that is used for abandoned after threshold. So, yes, if you change the service level threshold, it will change both resulting values (abandoned after threshold and service level) in your reports.
