Changing the server/domain name

Hi all. We have a Notes server 4.5 with the server/domain name of AAAserver/AAA and now have changed the name of the company and now want to change to BBBserver/BBB. Now I know there's alot of work involved in the client side of it in getting their machines to see the new name. Is there a basic way to rename the database paths yada yada. Basically what is involved without having to reinstall Notes?
