This is strange and obviously I am missing something obvious. We noticed that a particular report title in Crystal Enterprise 9 was over 100 characters. So I went into Crystal Reports 9 and changed the report title in the File, Summary Info, Title text box and saved it. When I go back to Crystal Management Console it still has the old report title. What am I missing? Should I have just changed it in the Crystal Management Console and hit Update?

In Enterprise I change them through the CMC. The title is a DB record so changing it in the report does not propagate to the database feeding CE.

Guyute,
You are correct sir. After I posted I tried changing it from the CMC and it stuck. This did not work like that in Seagate Info. Anything I changed in Crystal Reports (or the Designer in SI) flowed through to Seagate Info. Thanks for your post...

No problem. Unfortunately, after you put a report in the CMC it doesn't not check it for changes. Oh well.
