Greetings all..

While I am still dealing with this T1 that doesn't have functional DID, I am forced to start thinking of another question. :)

What is the procedure for changing which extension invalid DID's will transfer to. Ideally I would like to have them routed to my 790 CG, which would ring them into my AA#1.

Make sense? Is that possible?

Thanks!

- Joel

Any DID's that are not recognized on will be transfered to the operator position in slot 1/ port 1.

Menu...sys program....start or exit...options...unassigned...extension..enter...enter extension you would like it to go to.
