Changing the print scale in AI 10?

I have a image that I'd like to print to a standard letter size paper that was designed outside this page size.
Is there a convient print option to allow the full image to be printed to a scaled version without scaling each page object?

If your on a mac you can change the percentage down in the print set up. Or you could save it as and .eps and drop it in a page layout app.
