Changing the pointer/cursor icon with a rollover

how do you change the pointer/cursor to an icon of your choice once an image is rolled over?
sorry, might seem a silly question, but i've been in the Rollover & Actions window and tried everything...

The best way is to use the CSS cursor property.

The tutorial above applies it to text. To apply to all images use this (CSS offers numorous techniques to apply it to some images and not other, the best technique to use depends on your html layout and needs):
img { cursor: wait }
