changing the picture on the START button

Now.. I suppose this has come up before... but I must bring it up again.. I want to change the picture on the start button... I know there is a way.

I am running 98 SE... but if there are ways for the other versions.. I would be most happy to know them as well

I got the whole package (with icons) with this at ZDNet or Moochers, but there's the distribution site. You can use your own icons and change the text. Not a big download - enjoy
