Hi All!

I would like to change the oder of the buttons in the MS-Outlook multifunction bar. Specifically, I want to move the "Reply" button so that it is less accessible. The reason is that I keep forgetting and simply hit "Reply" when I should have hit "Reply to All". This has gotten me into a little trouble a couple of times and I would like to make it harder to make this mistake. On older versions it is very straight forward, but withe Office 2007, I cannot find anyway of modifying it.

I am grateful for any help.

What about customizing the Quick Access toolbar by adding the button you want to use, and then minimize the ribbon?

There may be a better method out there, but that's all I can see at the moment. Personally I'd just try to teach myself new tricks! [wink]
