I have a customer with a Merlin Legend and a 007 MLM voicemail. They have a PRI with DID. When a call comes in during the day and they have night service turned on on both console phones the call rings 8 times then goes to the day message. After 5:00( their closing time) when the night service buttons are on the call rings 6 times then the night message is played. How do I change the number of rings at night and why do the night service buttons have not effect during the day? Thank you.
