I have a problem like this: In data base the description of the role for a user is "admin". But in my report, I don't want it displayed "admin" but "administrator".
Is there any way for me to change it?

Create a formula field:

If {UserRoleField}="admin" then "Administrator" else {UserRoleField}

OK. I understand this but where should I, exacltly, write the formula.
Thanks.

In version 8.5, Insert, field object, formula field.

I am not sure on v9 but it must be similar.
