Is there a way to get in and change the "Name" and "Organization" fields after the initial setup in Microsoft Server 2003? I was hoping that there might be some registry setting that I could change, but I can't find out a definitive answer anywhere.

Yes...it is in the registry. Cannot recall which key it is. Open regedit and do a search for the current Name or Organization. Once found change the value to what you want the Name and Organization to be.

Does this void the warranty though? I thought the Name and Organization were tied to the activation key.

It won't void anything, it's not tied to the activiation key via the software. You can change it without damaging anything.
