changing the MSC configuration 400 platform rel 3.7

I had changed the MSC config to increase the number of VM/ACD channels to 16 (from 6)
rebooted the system as instructed - CC was down/ VM working
shutdown and power up - same problem
busy tone on calling the ACD Tx DN.

When i put it back to default config and rebooted the ACD started working
IS this a known problem?

i'd appreciate that - is this the nortel one? i think i have the nortel one when 2.5 or 3.0 was out

2 DSM32+, 1 DTM, 1 GATM + 3 IP Phones is the system config

Yeah it is the Nortel one. I know they use the net config tool now butI always found it handy.
