Changing the location of user profile from C:\docs and sett

Hi folks,

how do I change the location of where the user profile is created? I don't want it in c:\documents and setting, I want it in something like f:\userprofile. I will not be using roaming profiles.

Just like anyone else could have, I checked Google, and it gave me this:
