Changing the interface in Access 2007

I just started using Access 2007. I personally hate all the icons on top of the interface. Is there a way to get to in a Menu List View as it used to be in the previous versions of Access. Its probably simple but I can't find it.

Thanks, that so odd that they just shove it into your face. Every cell has the 2 options? I guess the woes of the new generation. Oh my, I"m getting old.....
