Changing the greeting on BCM50

We have BCM 50 in one of our remote office with VM interface. We need to make a change in the primary greeting/auto attendant.
Currently it has 6 options when someone dial the main number:
Thank you for calling ABC company
Press 1 for Sales1
Press 2 for Sales2
Press 3 for Sales3
Press 4 for Sales4
Press 5 for Sales5
Press 6 for Assistant

We have a request to remove the option 5 since the user is no longer with the company. This is one of our remote offices with no technician. We have to support them remotely. I am not familiar with BCM50, I would need help in this issue, and probably the easiest way would be changing the greeting with skipping the option5 rather than changing the greeting and modifying the phone tree.
Any instruction on how change this greeting?

Check greeting table and see what greeting # is being used and then rerecord that greeting.

I think the greeting is one of the extension voicemail box. Do we have to change the greeting from this phone or it can be from any other phone in the same system.

Do we need any password to do this?

Yes-yes and yes if you have never worked with a CCR tree than you will not beable to do it. I would look on nortels site for a partner or call 1800-4-nortel for help.
