These settings are determined by the notes mail file Template which is maintained by a Server Administrator/ Developer on the Server. To change these settings you would have to have a designer licence and change the default text on the design template. These changes would more probably affect all the Notes user in your organisation. There are ways around it - speak to your Server Administrator.
