Hi,

I have created a warehouse catalog that points to an Oracle database A with a set of tables. I have created all the schema objects based on this catalog.

Now, i have an Oracle database B that has the same set of tables as Oracle database A. How do i make the schema objects refer table information in database B?

I tried changing the database instance but that is resulting in conflicts.

This scanario can be compared to moving from a development to production environment.

Any suggestions?

try creating a new database instance with an ODBC connection to the new db, and then point the project in "project configuration" to the new db instance. You need to make sure that there are no difference in table structures in these 2 dbs.
