Changing the Database Location at Runtime.

I have seen all the examples given in the sample files. Is it really necessary to use a DSN. Can we connect to the CR from the ASP in a DSN-less way by providing all the values given by the DSN in the ASP pages ?

If the DSN is the only way, then is the DSN to be set up at each and every client machine who views the reports ?

For each and every client to view the report from their machine, is there a seperate license fee ?
