If I have an image of something in yellow gold, I want to display the image in white gold. I have in another image the color of white gold I want to use, is there any way I can take a sample of that color and change all the yellow gold of the other image to white gold?

If you have CS, the match color command might get you started. Failing that, you could try desaturating the yellow gold to take the color out, then adjust the curves to get the result you want.

To desaturate, you may need to mask the object first, unless you don't mind the background being affected. Then go Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. Alternatively, create a "Hue/Saturation" adjustment layer to give you finer control. Yet another way would be to use the "Sponge" tool, if you want to do it by hand.

The yellow will probably become a little too dark to be convincing, so using the same mask, add a curves or levels adjustment layer to finish it off.
