Changing The Color and The Outline Width At The Same Time

I need a macro that will:

Replace hairline CMYK Red C-0 M-100 Y-100 K-0 with
2.0 CMYK Black C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-100

Replace hairline CMYK Blue C-100 M-100 Y-0 K-0 with
4.0 CMYK Black C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-100

Replace hairline CMYK Green C-100 M-0 Y-100 K-0 with
3.0 CMYK Black C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-100

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have hundreds of files to update.
