Changing the backcolor of "Print preview" window

Since the "print preview"'s original intention is "here is what your report will look like is you print it", you could place a colored object over the whole report. But it will also print that way unless you could for it not to print.

It wasnt quite that I had in mind...
not the "paper" in the "Print Preview" window, but the backcolor of the window itself.
the window backcolor is a kind of "dark grey", i was thinking in change the color to, lets say, the windows button color.
