Changing th fonts of a selected text

I know what you mean, but I'm afraid no one here does...lol
You want to change a selected area of text into a different font/style right?
Say if you selected THIS and pushed a bold button it would turn out like...
'Say if you selected THIS and pushed a bold button....'
