Changing text color in a report

I have a question of whether or not it is possible to change text color in a report based on a department name. I want one report, but for Accounting I want it to print data in green, for Human Resources in blue, etc. Is it at all possible? If it is, could anyone please help me figuring out how to do it?
Any help or hints will be appreciated.
