Changing Text Box Properties on a Report

Is it possible to change the properties of a text box on a report based on the value of the text box? I'd like to have a text box that changes it's back color based on the value displayed in the text box.

I know how to do this on a form, but I can't find a way to make it work on a report.

What kind of report? Reporting Services? Crystal?

Sorry, it's a report in Access. It's currently referencing a table but it could be easily switched to a query.
