How can I change the table default so no rules appear?
Can I create a table style (like a paragraph style) that I can apply to tables for cell rules, inset spacing, etc.?

I am formatting a 200 page phrasebook in two languages and a phoenetic script. The client has just changed the design so that the three languages need to be in a tables. I estimate that there will be 1800 sentences divided into 400 separate tables. When I select the three paragraphs and convert them into a table they appear with black cell rules around each cell. I do not want any rules around the cells.

OLD three paragraphs:
Language 1
Language 2
Phoenetic

NEW table:
Language1 Language2 Phoenetic

If you want, you can insert a blank table into a document and then select the various table/cell options as you desire from the table menu. Then go to File menu/New/Library. Name and save the library and drag the formatted table into the library.

When you need that particular style of table, just drag it from the library onto the doc and the table/cell formatting will remain.
