Changing system prompts

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone could help, I have done some searches on this website and various forums but no joy.

Basically we want to get rid of/changing the system prompt of "one moment please" or "this person is not available".

These threads concluded that it can't be changed but they might have out of date.

Unfortunately there's no way to modify/edit the system prompts.

That is correct. Been there, wasn't able to do that, per Nortel.

Do you think it would be possible to replace the .wav/.mp3 file? or someone have already tried this with no success?

According to Nortel there is no way.
