Changing sync status

I'm trying to change the status of a phone in OTM from CUR to TRN and it's not doing anything. I go to Global Update and then Synch Status, where I then tried CUR or * as old. However, when I press ok to apply, the old and new boxes are empty. I can change the synch status from NEW to TRN just fine, but not CUR.

Change it from CUR to New, then delete it from OTM. Then do a Reconcile TN selective then Retrieve TN selective and then you should get it back in a TRN state.
