Changing Subject Line in Email Subscription

When setting up a subscription to email a report, I see that @ReportName will put the name of the Report in the Subject Line, but what I would like to do is have the Report Name and then a dash and then yesterday's date (whatever date that would be) ...

How would I do this? Do I set a parameter somewhere? If so, where?
