Changing Sharepoint Database

Hi, I have a question concerning upgrading Sharepoint database. The drive I'm hosting it on now is running out of room and I need to get it up and running on a larger drive. Do I move the SQL database to another drive, and point the Management Studio there? Then how do I get Sharepoint to find this new location - what needs to be changed?

First, stop the Sharepoint services and IIS.

This assumes you're using the same box for the SQL instance.
Do you have a server farm, or is this a simple installation?
