Changing Senders From Address

I need to have one of my clients send out a newsletter email from a Do Not Reply address. I setup the Do Not Reply mailbox (Exchange 03) but can't figure out how to have the user "Cindy@blahblah.com" send the newsletter and it comes from "DoNotReply@blahblah.com". I have setup Send As rights for the user and can open the DoNotReply mailbox from the users Outlook (2003), but I can't figure out how to change the from address. Outside of an Exchange environment I would just setup Outlook on both accounts and just choose the From address, but in an Exchange environment I can't seem to get it right. Any help would be great!

If Send As has been set up correctly, she does new email, View From field, put in donotreply and that's it.
