Changing route membership

Good day,

I have an Option 11 that I need to reprogram. I will be removing 2 trunks and reprogramming the remaining trunk to carry all of our inbound and outbound traffic. I would like to know what overlay I would make TN route membership (RTMB) changes in? I have tried a test in LD 14 w/o success.

FYI, I am very new at this.
