I have a customer that I need to change how imcomming calls ring into the system. It currently rings the Auto Attendant first. The cust wants their co lines to ring at ext 102 then ring the Auto Attendant after four rings. I have no experience on the Merlin.

Is ext 102 - the operator phone? What mode is the system operating in (Key or Hybrid/PBX)? What type of voicemail? The usual way to do this involves 3 steps. First, make the lines ring immediatel at ext 102. Second setup a memberless overflow group (e.g., 791) that overflows to the voicemail calling group (e.g. 770) - and set number-based overflow to 99, and time-based overflow to about 18 seconds. (about 4 seconds per ring) You need to remove the lines from the autoattendant or from the voicemail calling group and reassign them to the overflow group. The last step is to create an autoattendant mailbox for 791 (thru voicemail admin). Make the mailbox type 15 for AA1 - if this is an 007MLM ot merlin Mail.

Are there any tech notes on how to navagate the programming

You can do a search on the voicemail module (007 MLM) - or whatever one you have. There have been numerous posts on how to setup voicemail overflow.
