Changing Recovery Model

Hi,

I need to change the recovery model of some databases
from simple to full in EM.Will it have any
adverse effect on the database or users connected in a prod server thats currently running.Please advise

Shouldn't cause a problem - you don't need to restart the server after doing it or anything. Just be aware of the different backup strategy required for full recovery over simple. Specifically the need to start taking regular transaction log backups to truncate the log and stop it eating up all available space on the disk!

I've changed Recovery Mode while the database was in use. No problems.
