Changing Recorded Name on General Mailbox

I recently went through and deleted all of the unused mailboxes, but I can't delete 10, the general box.

I tried recording the primary and alternate greetings, and I also searched through every recorded greeting in mailbox admin(it's not in there), but it still has the old "name" recording when you access the box via 981-info-10password.

How do I record a new name?

It's just like any other mailbox. Access mailbox 100, press "greet" and then dial 1 to change the recorded name.
