Changing recorded name for voicemail 2

We have 403 with voicemail pro. How do I reset a mailbox so that we can rercord the name? Thanks.

No need to reset the mailbox. If you are using intuity mode vmail, option 5 (hidden) in the personal box will give you the option to change your name and password I believe.

If you have a completely new user starting it will automatically build a new user in voice mail when you build a new user in manager

If you build a new user, it will require a reboot to actually apply the new changes.

Delete the name wav file from the names folder in voicemail
