I've been trying to change the receipient of the daily backup notification but to no avail. I've searched the forum but haven't been able to find any similar issues to mine.
Our IT Manager will be leaving and he needs to stop receiving the message while I need to start receiving them.
I've added my email address to the SMTP setting (in Alert Manager) and removed his. The test email worked, but notification is still being sent to him and not me.
We have Arcserve R11 and pop3 mail, no exchange server.
Any input or suggestions would be helpful. (I am not an advanced or technical user.)
