I basically want to change almost my entire web from a 10pt letter to a 9pt. Is there a way to do this without going through each page individually? I have about 200 pages. Thanks in advance.

Choose format>style>new style sheet

Create one for the <body> tag and choose your point size.
Save it in the root directory or wherever.
Choose format>style>style sheet links. Add the file to link and choose all pages. DeZiner
