How can I change the "Licensed to.." name in Outlook 2000. I fat-fingered the spelling of the end user's name.

I don't know where to change this, but sometimes this type of informaiotn is maintained in the registry files or in an INI file. Have you checked those?

To alter your Windows info, I know the key is here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows\ Current Version --- look at "RegisteredOwner"

If you do a search in the registry for the misspelled name, you should only find the one you want to change, and not have to look at any other places on the way.

If you close Outlook, open Word, go to 'tools', 'options' and then click on the 'user information' tab, you can then correct the name. It will update it for all office applications.

Cheers
