changing program using DBase for appointment system

I have been using DBase as for an appointment system. It also calculates totals at the end of each week and for the year. My partner, who built this program has died and I am left with no programmer. I wonder if there is a person who could talk me through any small changes or problems, or even better someone in Auckland, New Zealand who may be able to helpe on the ground
