changing print options through javascript

When we print from a browser like IE we get header (like page number, etc) and footer (like url etc) information on the paper. This information can be changed by first clicking 'File', then 'Page Setup', then changing information in 'Header and Footer block'.

My question is, can we change this information through Javascript, if so How?????
