Changing PRI protocal remotely 1

I need to dial in and disable some PRI lines and change from Ascending to Descending.....when I make that one change to Descending will it just boot me out of programming and the PRI will reset itself then I can dial back in once back up or do I need a tech on site to first disable the PRI, make the change then enable PRI?.

When you make the change the PRI card disables for a second then enables. If your dialing in thru the PRI then you will be droped.

I believe that you will have to disable the card first, before making this change. I don't think the PRI card will disable itself if you change it first.

It will give you a message if you continue the card will disable to make the change.
