How do I can change the phone model for a user in the pcomm plus terminal?

You need to out it and then rebuild it to what you want

Do you mean dialing into a PBX? You can't change the model of the phone, it must be outted and then rebuilt if that is what you are asking.

We have Opt.11 system if that is any help
