changing password on HMC

I have 2 HMCs on 2 different locations.
Is it possible to change password on both HMCs from one of them or does it have to be done local on the HMC?

If you can reach/access the HMCs remotely (web or ssh session) you can do that from wherever in the network where you have a supported web browser (e.g. IE or FF) or an ssh client (e.g. PuTTY).

HMC needs to be configured for remote access though.
